    • Clients are responsible for the cost of electricity for day-to-day operations of the markets. These costs are usually quite minimal, as we try to use the most energy-efficient equipment available.

    • Clients are responsible for daily cleaning of the micro-markets.

    • Basic micro-market design is included for free. Any extra additions or modifications will be an extra cost and can be discussed case by case.

    • Security cameras are installed in each market, with signs placed throughout to indicate video surveillance.

    • We are not responsible for any theft of items in our markets, as they are placed at your own risk. If a theft occurs, you can request security camera images for assistance.

    • Based on our experience, the risk of theft in offices with limited public access is minimal.

    • Our talented chefs cook your meals right here in Vancouver, ensuring fresh, great-tasting food. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible.

  • All our fresh food meals with come with a best before date on the packaging. We use a special modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), which purges out any oxygen from the package and replaces it with nitrogen and carbon dioxide, before sealing it shut. This allows us to double the shelf life for our fresh food options.

  • We offer an extensive list of products with hundreds of SKUS and growing. Whether you have an employee that is gluten free, paleo, keto, vegan, dairy intolerant, or has severe allergies to peanut and tree nuts, we are confident we carry something for everyone.

Remote Services, Portable Convenience Stores

  • No. Our stores are self-check-out to save you money, and our staff ensures the store is fully stocked for your workers.

    • Employ a minimum of 300 full-time onsite employees.

    • Long-term projects are preferred.

    • Employees should have their lunchrooms located around the same area, and not be spread out across a long distance.

    • Provide a secure environment that restricts public access.

    • Have a reliable power supply to support the operation of coolers and payment kiosks.

    • Equipment and service are all 100% free for our clients.

    • Clients are responsible for the cost of electricity for the day-to-day operations of stores. These costs are usually quite minimal, as we try to use the most energy-efficient equipment available.

    • Clients are responsible for any costs associated with transportation and setup for our mobile convenience stores. This will include transportation, crane services, and any other installation costs.

    • Security cameras are installed in each store, with signs placed throughout to indicate video surveillance.

Coffee, Water & Tea

  • No. Our equipment is provided free of cost, as long as you buy the product directly from us.

  • Our coffee is freshly roasted to order and sent directly to you. We do not warehouse any of our coffee products.

  • Our coffee is roasted at our roastery in Maple Ridge.

  • We currently offer Numi tea.

Free Office Snacks and Beverages

  • Design, installation, and service are free. You will be sent a detailed invoice at the end of each month stating what products were used, and how much is owed.

  • We understand that each company differs, and budget size will dictate the scope of implementing our Mindful Snacks program. We work with companies as small as 15 employees and as large as 3000+. We can accommodate weekly, bi-weekly or monthly – it’s your preference.

    • You will be charged for every order you place, so please order accordingly. We are happy to make adjustments to future orders.

Vending Services

    • No. Vending equipment is 100% free, including installation and service.

    • Businesses are responsible for providing electricity, but this is quite minimal.
